Have you ever wanted to get Vac forming work done and been quoted outrageous prices (I have) Also required a minimum production run that you did not need ? 

Im now ready to offer my services in helping you bring to life some of your hobby projects that may benefit from small production runs or a one time piece. I can also aid in mold making and prototyping.

You will find that i can beat any commercial pricing available. I have several size vacuum tables and I can accommodate parts and pieces on a single pull up to 18" x 8" x 3" tall . Multiple pulls with multiple molds for larger Pieces.

I carry on hand .010 through .040 High Impact polystyrene (Solid white opaque plastic)

I also carry PETG .010 and .020 Clear plastic

Also I can sell flat stock plastic cut to size 

This service will be good for the hobbyist considering making add on parts for scale models such as cowlings, covers and mabey even interior fuselage parts such as instrument panels for RC helis and Airplanes. Can also form Drop tanks(Non working as far as holding liquid fuel)
